How does our cheap phone calls system work? |

Metro uses callback technology to give you low-cost telephone calls.
· You tell us what telephone number you are calling from.
· You tell us what telephone number you want to call.
· We dial both (you first) and connect the two.
Unlike VoIP, we use standard (PSTN) telephone lines to route your call. This gives you a better quality call. It also means you use your telephone to talk, not a headset or a microphone.
You can make calls from any phone, including your mobile, anywhere in the world. You do not need to be at your PC to make a call.
The service is prepaid. You credit your account, which is then debited when you make a call. You do not receive a bill from us. Your provider will NOT charge you for using our service.
Remember, we call you so it is in an inbound call to you, like receiving a call from a friend.

You make the call by dialling our callback number.
- Use the Dial Help page to find the number to call from your location.
- Call the number and then hang up.
- Your phone will ring. Answer it.
- When prompted, enter the number you want to call.
- The number you are calling will then ring in the usual way.
